Gregory B. Bolduc – Partner
Greg Bolduc, a founding partner of the firm in 1997, has successfully defended clients in over 100 UM/UIM arbitrations, jury trials and bench trials throughout Illinois and Indiana. He focuses his practice in all areas of insurance defense and litigation matters with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, trucking litigation, premises liability, construction negligence, amusement law and UM/UIM arbitration. He has frequently lectured to insurance companies on a wide array of topics.
Mr. Bolduc graduated with honors from Valparaiso Law School in 1986, where he was an editor on Law Review, and Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1983.
